HOW TO ORDER

At GEC Anderson®, we aim to make ordering as simple and efficient as possible

  • We are pleased to deal with TRADE and PRIVATE customers
  • Either directly or via your preferred Builders Merchant
  • We offer Supply Only or including our full Measuring & Installation Service

Ordering

  • Simply send us details (drawings, specifications or both) for quotation. We will contact to resolve any questions or clarfications and provide you with our quotation, by return.
  • Your order will be placed into production upon your written instruction. (For specials, we produce manufacturing drawings for your approval prior to production).
  • You will receive our Order Acknowledgement confirming details, price and delivery.
  • For your convenience, Product Enquiry / Order Forms are available online.

Buy Online

The following products are available to buy online: Individual Bowls, Splashbacks, Mirrors & Shelving.

Delivery

We deliver direct to site, anywhere (UK and Worldwide). Delivery times vary according to product:

  • Standard products – 7 – 10 working days.
  • Special products – 5 – 6 working weeks.
  • Please note that we have factory holiday closures during July and August.

Payment

Initial orders are dealt with on a proforma basis: 50% due with order and balance due two weeks before delivery. Stock orders: full payment with order.

For repeat business, why not set up a monthly payment account? This will enable us to act immediately upon receipt of your written orders and for you to pay on normal monthly terms.

Returns

Wherever possible, GEC Anderson® will accept returned standard products (subject to 25% re-stocking charge and to them being returned in good condition). Returns of special and specially ordered products are not possible.
