WET ZONES

WET ZONES

At GEC Anderson®, we understand the importance of maintaining a dry and hygienic environment in wet areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laboratories. That’s why we offer a range of wet zone options to effectively contain water and spillage.

For worktops used in wet areas, we generally recommend lipped edges, specifically edge 3 or edge 5. These lipped edges provide an effective barrier, preventing water from seeping into the surrounding areas and ensuring that your workspace remains dry and safe.

In addition to lipped edges, we offer a variety of other wet zone options to further enhance the functionality and performance of your stainless steel worktop. These options include integrated upstands, drip trays, and drainage grooves, all designed to contain water and direct it away from sensitive areas.
