GEC Anderson worked with a private client to turn their ideas into reality. From an initial email with a simple sketch and rough plan – it evolved into a stunning galley kitchen.
Featuring olive coloured wooden cabinets and terracota flooring – the client chose GEC Anderson’s brushed satin finish for the stainless steel worktops.
The stainless steel worktop were made to measure. Edge 7 (30mm) was used with an integral upstand of 60mm (edge 10). It also included an integral sink and hob cutout as well as a splashback behind the hob area. The worktop, including the integral upstands were formed around the columns each side of the hob which created added complexity to the design.
EN 1.4301 grade brushed satin stainless was used throughout.
GEC Anderson were instructed to measure, produce, deliver and install the stainless steel worktop, integral upstands and splashback.
